Quite simply, a Spirit dinner cruise is the perfect night out. A vibrant setting enhanced by dazzling city sights and harbor lights. An evening filled to the brim with festive cuisine, an interactive DJ , live performances and dancing. For a party of two to a small group of friends or coworkers, or a grand affair for up to 450 guests, this is the most unique moving experience of Baltimore.

- Welcome Aboard - You’re in for a special evening the moment you are escorted to your candlelit table. Many tables are designed for cabaret-style seating with other guests, reminiscent of ocean-going cruises. Order drinks, then feel free to explore the ship while our crew casts off for three fabulous hours along Baltimore’s famous Inner Harbor.
- Bon Appétit - Your waiter will invite you to our Classic Dinner Buffet. Everything is freshly prepared. Take as little or as much as you like.
- Oh, Beautiful - Savor your culinary selections over perfectly-paced dinner music and a never-ending view of Baltimore's historic Inner Harbor. See our cruise route.
- Live Entertainment - While you’re reveling in the vibrance around you, Spirit’s talented waitstaff will dazzle you, performing popular songs from yesterday and today.
- Dance the Night Away - After you have relaxed over coffee and dessert, Spirit’s interactive and entertaining DJ will dazzle you by spinning the latest tunes.
- Stroll Under The Stars - Take your drinks topside and relax on the largest outdoor deck Baltimore. Enjoy the view.
- Rock The Boat - Spirit’s dinner cruises spotlight some of the hottest DJs in the city. For nearly two hours, we’ll spin your favorite tunes and let you rock ‘til we dock - literally. The perfect end to the perfect night.

Classic Dinner Menu
FRESH SALADS
- Salad Station: Assorted Leafy Greens, Tomatoes, Cucumbers, Dried Cranberries, crispy Chinese Noodles, Tortilla Strips, shredded Cheese, Croutons and real Bacon Bits, accompanied by your choice of Balsamic Vinaigrette or Ranch dressing
- Chef's Selection of Salads: Prepared fresh daily
CARVING STATION
- Roasted Rosemary Beef: Slow-roasted tender Beef hand-carved to order and served with a rich Demi-Glacé and chilled Horseradish Cream
- Old Smokehouse Carved Ham: Lean Ham slow-cured for a distinctively rich, smoky flavor served with a tangy Honey-Mustard Sauce
ENTREES
- Chicken Fontina: Pan-seared boneless breast of Chicken stuffed with Fontina Cheese & Spinach and served with a Garlic Sherry Cream Sauce
- Wild Alaskan Salmon: Fresh Fillet of Salmon drizzled with Lemon, White Wine, Dill and a touch of cream *Alaskan Salmon is eco-friendly and sustainable.
- Pasta Italiano: Imported Pasta accompanied by fresh Seasonal Vegetables, Turkey Meatballs and your choice of two freshly prepared sauce selections finished with fresh grated Parmesan Cheese

Let us walk you through our fabulous cruise experience:
- Big smile - a keepsake photo of you and your party will be taken upon boarding, so go ahead and “mug” for the camera. (You can decide to purchase or not when you dock.)
- “This way please” - we will greet and seat you, and take your drink orders. Please note that many tables are designed for cabaret-style seating with other guests, reminiscent of ocean-going cruises. Then feel free to get up and explore the ship - especially our outdoor strolling decks.
- Bon Voyage! - As the ship pulls away from the dock, grab your streamers and your drinks and join our Spirit entertainers in a festive Bon Voyage toast.
- Bon Appétit - Once you’ve been invited up to our Classic Lunch Buffet, take as little or as much as you like. You can even go back for seconds and thirds as long as the buffet is open!
